A Booking Form together with the kennel's Terms & Conditions are important documents which all customers wishing to use the facility are required to carefully read, understand and fill in as comprehensively as possible. The Booking Form is a one-time form and contains information about your pets, their vaccinations details, owner details and other contact information.

All dogs & cats must have up to date vaccinations and original or copy documents need to be brought with them to the facility either before or at the time of entry. Pets whose documents show an inadequate vaccination history and/or out of date vaccination information will not be permitted to stay in the facility until the pet's vaccination status has been brought up to date.
