Established in March 2005, the Delmon Boarding Kennels offer an extensive recreational boarding facility for dogs and cats; the only one of its type in Bahrain. The kennels, cattery and administration buildings are located in a quiet agricultural area of Barbar and snuggled within a high walled 9,000m2 area offering ample room for exercise, play and agility.

The facility is an English style-boarding kennel where pets enjoy a stress free environment which provides a home away from home. All pets receive personal attention during the day, from early morning feeding through to early evening lights out, in the form of playing and grooming.

All the dog kennels are amply supported by air conditioners with an abundance of heavy-duty fans providing cooling air to the main kennel run ensuring good ventilation and adequate temperature control. The cattery is maintained at a constant 24 C with intake and exhaust fans providing an airy and cool environment.

Owner’s individual requests are catered to wherever possible. Special needs for the more vulnerable dogs too are taken care of; puppies, elderly dogs, disabled dogs, dogs on medication, nervous or fearful dogs or dogs with a high activity level.

The facility is located in the North West of Bahrain and within easy reach of Budaiya, Saar, Manama, Riffa and Juffair. Business hours are flexible to accommodate unforeseen emergencies and the attentive management are contactable on a daily basis during normal business hours.
